4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified at booking.

• Failure to cancel within the specified period may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the reservation value.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

• Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.

• The hotel and rooms are strictly non-smoking; a cleaning fee will apply if violated.

• Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
